Best realtor ever Simply put- you will not find a realtor who cares more about your needs & wants and will make your dream home a reality. She is the definition of your trusted advisor. One of the first interactions I had with Donna gave me peace of mind. My husband and I were over-planning by looking for houses a year away from our expected close date, but she was ready & interested in helping us anyway. During the year, I loved that she was chill and laid back, not constantly trying to get a sale from us. It never felt like I was at a car dealership. Instead, she would periodically check in with us & make sure our filters for potential homes was still correct. Even during the time we weren't seriously looking for a home, I felt comfortable asking her any questions. She was always willing to help and if she didnt know the answer she was eager to find out. When we put in an offer but they chose someone else's offer, she was sending us similar listings THE SAME DAY. The rejection didn't sting as bad when we saw there were similar homes out there. From the beginning, she listened to what we wanted & tailored searches to our exact needs. We truly were able to get everything we wanted, our dream home. The entire process was transparent from the listings we walked to the forms we had to sign for closing. I always felt like I knew exactly what I was signing and I could ask questions.She's so incredibly smart and really knows her profession inside and out. Any time I had a question about a system in the house or what something was called, she knew right away. She is so resourceful & has great tips about homeownership & even referrals for basically anything. Her incredible team was just as helpful and supportive as her. I was referred to her by my preferred mortgage lender who also showed up for my escrow signing. When working with the seller's agent, she is an angel. She handled all of the communication with the seller's agent for us and had our back through the whole process, even after we closed! If there was a hiccup, she handled it. I would say shes not only a professional, but a lifelong connection you wouldn't want to pass up. I wish I would have met her sooner.
